Boys Gymnastics

Boys - 1st grade & up
55 minutes 1x per week

A boys-only gymnastics class where boys learn skills for the six men's events: floor exercise, rings, vault, high bar, parallel bars and pommel horse! Each class has a skill card that shows each skill your child will master. This class is for boys first grade and older only.

Ninja UP

Girls & Boys, 1st grade and up
45 minutes/1x week

Ninja UP is a physical workout that uses cleverly-designed obstacles, or "challenges," that children grip, jump, climb or maneuver over to build strength, flexibility & agility. The curriculum-based, multi-age class embodies discipline, focused energy, goal setting and skills-acquisition. The course design and difficulty varies as children progress.

This type of unique fitness program for children is sweeping the country. It goes beyond traditional gymnastics but incorporates some of the same skills and variations of the equipment and training tools already used in gymnastics facilities. Strength, flexibility & agility will be gained along with tumbling and obstacle skills. Kids will love the sense of accomplishment and self-confidence they gain as they take on challenges and complete them successfully, then master them with increasing skill and proficiency!

Tumbling & Trampoline

Girls & Boys - 1st grade & up

Beginner to Intermediate

Our Tumbling & Trampoline classes are focused on tumbling moves from a somersault to back handsprings and other advanced skills - everything you need for dance, cheer and physical coordination in many sports! Students will learn in a progressive as well as challenging way to do the skills correctly and safely. Each tumbling class is designed to teach proper body positioning and alignment through progressive drills and strength conditioning to ensure proper skill development to progress through each level.
