School Year Schedule
Ultimate Ninja is a physical workout that uses cleverly-designed obstacles, or "challenges," that children grip, jump, climb or maneuver over to build strength, flexibility & agility. The curriculum-based, multi-age class embodies discipline, focused energy, goal setting and skills-acquisition. The course design and difficulty varies as children progress.
This type of unique fitness program for children is sweeping the country. It goes beyond traditional gymnastics but incorporates some of the same skills and variations of the equipment and training tools already used in gymnastics facilities. Strength, flexibility & agility will be gained along with tumbling and obstacle skills. Kids will love the sense of accomplishment and self-confidence they gain as they take on challenges and complete them successfully, then master them with increasing skill and proficiency!
