Join Our Team at Ultimate Performance Gymnastics and Cheer! Are you energetic, enthusiastic and passionate about working with children? Ultimate Performance Gymnastics and Cheer (UPGC) is currently hiring for our preschool, progressive and team programs—and we’d love to meet you! No prior experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to all new team members. That said, a background in dance, child development, or physical education is a definite plus.
