Better, Faster Stronger
Girls & Boys, ages 11 & up
1 hour/2x week
Better, Faster, Stronger is an indoor/outdoor class open to all athletes from cheerleaders and gymnasts to baseball and hockey players and all athletes in-between. Participants will focus on improving strength, flexibility, speed and physical wellness through conditioning, speed training, plyometrics, dynamics of running and core strengthening.
Better, Faster, Stronger is taught by Jason Krista, who has coached numerous youth sports including baseball, football and hockey in the Chippewa Valley. Jason has been coaching and training athletes for more than 20 years.
High School Gymnastics
Girls, incoming freshman - senior
2 hours/2x week
This class is for incoming high school freshmen through senior girls who want to learn new skills or maintain already acquired skills. Our goal is to help teens get the most out of gymnastics and meet personal goals including competing for a high school team.This seasonal class which runs from June through August is part of our recreational optional program that provides an excellent opportunity for gymnasts to prepare for high school gymnastics during the off-season.
