AMETHYST
Girls & Boys - 1st grade & up
55 minutes 1x per week
Level 1 Amethyst is an entry-level class for beginning gymnasts. This class introduces children to the sport of gymnastics and does not require any previous gymnastics experience or a skill evaluation to join. This class is for students 1st grade and up only.
EMERALD
Girls & Boys - 1st grade & up
55 minutes 1x per week
Level 2 Emerald is for beginners with some gymnastic experience who are proficient with the introductory skill set, and builds on those skills. A skill evaluation is required to join this class, or an enrolled student can test out of Amethyst.
SAPPHIRE
Girls & Boys - 1st grade & up
55 minutes 1x per week
Level 3 Sapphire focuses on basic fundamentals of gymnastics. Emphasis is placed on mastering the correct form and technique of gymnastics basics. A skill evaluation is required to join this class, or an enrolled student can test out of Emerald. The student must be proficient in the previous Gems prior to moving into this class.
RUBY
Girls & Boys - 1st grade & up
85 minutes 1x per week
Level 4 Ruby focuses on intermediate gymnastic skills along with the development of adequate strength and flexibility to insure the safe execution of such skills. A skill evaluation is required to join this class, or an enrolled student can test out of Sapphire. The student must be proficient in the previous Gems prior to moving into this class.
DIAMOND
Girls & Boys - 1st grade & up
85 minutes 1x per week
Level 5 Diamond is for advanced gymnasts and focuses on increasingly difficult gymnastics skills while continuing to develop strength and flexibility. A skill evaluation is required to join this class, or an enrolled student can test out of Ruby.The student must be proficient in all intermediate gymnastic skills prior to moving into this class.
