Tuition Due Date
Tuition is due within 3 business days of registration and must be paid before your child may participate in the
1st class. Classes fill very quickly and payment secures a class spot for your child. If you do not make payment
within 3 business days of registration, your child will be put on a waiting list and may lose his or her spot to
a paying participant. After the 1st week of non-payment, your child will be dropped from the class, unless otherwise
Cancellation or Changes
There is a $25 cancellation fee and/or $25 fee if changing days for all classes. Please be aware of this when you
register for a class. We reserve the right to cancel a class if the enrollment is less than three students. We
will work with you to place your student in another class.
Make Up Policy
- Only one make-up class is allowed per participant,
per month, provided there is class availability. Make-ups must be scheduled with the office and held within 2 weeks
of the missed class.
- Make-ups can be for same level class or one level
- Pick up your child's Make-up Pass upon arrival and
give to the instructor.
- Make-ups do not accumulate and cannot be used to
- If you are unable to schedule a make-up class, you
may request an open training pass in lieu of a make-up.
The UPGC Gold Pass is offered during the Fall Registration period to reward our loyal customers. If you are signed
up for the Gold Pass, you never lose your spot, never have to remember to pay, receive a 10% discount on birthday
parties, 3 FREE Open Training passes and a waived $35 membership fee.
Any age and level is available.
You must be set up for automatic
ACH payments to take advantage of this feature and must commit to all 9 months for the current school year, September-May.
If you are recommended to move up
to a higher level, let us know and we can upgrade you to the applicable level class and pass. Switching classes
is easy if it is open, and we will automatically adjust the tuition.
Gold Pass Policies:
- You may renew the Gold Pass every September. Payments
are expected September-May, and will be debited on the 10th of the month.
- You may do one make-up a month, depending on availability.
- In some special circumstances (e.g. family moving
or extended injury) the pass may be paused or canceled by management immediately, all other cancellations will
need the 30 day in writing request. If you terminate, you may not enroll for a Gold Pass until the following September.
- You must agree to be set-up for monthly auto-withdrawal;
manual payment is not an option for this Pass.
- If you switch classes or move-up, the one you want
to join must be open.
- No refunds or credits will be given for non-attendance.
- If you drop out of the UPGC Gold pass program before
May 2018, all benefits are forfeited and the $35 Membership fee will be automatically debited from your account.
We have an Open Door Policy. Parents are welcome to sit in the viewing area and observe their athlete. Please observe
without distracting your athlete, this includes coaching your child during the class. Athletes need to be allowed
to learn in a pressure-free environment. Children in the lobby must be attended by a parent or guardian. NO HORSEPLAY
WILL BE TOLERATED in or out of the gym. Safety rules must be followed by all patrons on site.
Drop Off, Pick Up Times
Drop off your class participant no more than 15 minutes prior to class. Pick up no more than 15 minutes after class.
You may leave your child during class if your account information is up-to-date. In order to attend each session,
your child must be registered and your account must be in good standing. You may not register for another class
if there is an outstanding balance on your account.
Parent Participation Classes
"You and Me Kid" and "3-Year-Old KinderGym" must have an adult participating in the class with
them. Adults must sign a waiver for themselves before participating and must stay off the gymnastics equipment.
Only one participating adult per student, per class. The adult must be actively involved in the class with the
child. No cell phones in the gym.
Gymnastics Attire for Girls:
- A form-fitting leotard. Compression shorts are also
allowed. NO skirted leotards, they are a safety issue, and can get wrapped around the bar or the spotters arm,
and can cause injury.
- Hair MUST be TIGHTLY SECURED and out of the athlete's
face. The teacher will return the student to the parent to correct the hair if it is not secure. This is a SAFETY
ISSUE! We sell ponytail holders for $0.25 in the office if you forget to bring one for class.
- Bare feet.
- NO JEWELRY OR WATCHES. Small stud earrings are fine.
Gymnastics Attire for Boys:
- Elastic waist workout shorts. NO JEANS! Clothes must
not have any buttons, zippers, or other items that might poke the participant or damage the equipment.
- A non-baggy t-shirt.
- Bare feet.
- NO JEWELRY OR WATCHES.
- Long hair MUST be TIGHTLY SECURED and out of the
athlete's face. The teacher will return the student to the parent to correct the hair if it is not secure. This
is a SAFETY ISSUE! We sell ponytail holders for $0.25 in the office if you forgot to bring one for class.

CLASS, PARTICIPANT MAY BE EXCUSED FROM CLASS WITHOUT REIMBURSEMENT.***
UPGC is not responsible for any items lost or misplaced in the gym during a class. A class instructor is not allowed
to hold items for the child during class. Shoes and articles may be placed in designated areas. No gum is allowed during class.
- Treat instructors & other students with respect.
- Listen carefully & follow directions.
- No horseplay
- Wait for your turn
- Parents and children who arrive at the gym early
are to remain in the designated Observation area until the instructor signals the beginning of class. Children
are not to run around in the Observation area and must be supervised when in the building and not in class.
- Parents should accompany young children to the bathroom
- Only students enrolled will be allowed to be in the
gym areas during classes. Siblings not enrolled in class are to remain with the parents.
- Parents may remain in the Observation area during
- Plan to be early for class, and if you leave the
building during their class time always be sure to be back to pick up on time. If you are going to be late for
any reason you MUST call the gym (715) 861-7333 to notify us.
- Children must remain inside the building until you
come in to pick them up. Children are never allowed to wait outside the building doors.
- If someone other than you is picking up your child
please notify the front desk.
- Help us with the traffic flow in and out of the parking
lots. Enter slowly; always look before you begin backing in or out of the area. We all know how unpredictable little

FAMILIES. NOTIFY THE OFFICE IMMEDIATELY IF YOU SEE ANYTHING IN OUR AREA THAT IS SUSPICIOUS OR OUT OF THE NORM.
A warning will be given the 1st time
inappropriate behavior is displayed by a student. The second time they will be asked to sit out for 5 minutes.
If the inappropriate behavior continues then the student will be asked to leave the class and the parent/guardian
will be informed.
Notification of class cancellations will be posted on our website teamupgym.com and on our Facebook page. We do not necessarily close for inclement weather in response to local
school closings, but rather the weather conditions affecting travel around class times. If you are concerned about
weather or road conditions, we ask that you use your best judgment and schedule a make up class if you feel you
cannot make it to class safely.
- Inform us if your child has any physical problems
or medical information that we should know about.
- Talk to your instructor and let them know of any
problems that could affect your child's safety during class.
- Do not bring sick children to class. We do not want
to expose other children or staff members to any unnecessary illness.
Injury and Safety Procedures:
We take every precaution to provide a safe environment, but because we are a sports related activity with movement
and motion, on occasion, accidents will happen. Should an injury occur in the gym during class the instructor will
follow the Safety Procedures Manual provided by Ultimate Performance Gymnastics and Cheer.
Cleanliness is priority at Ultimate Performance Gymnastics and Cheer! We have high traffic areas throughout our
gym! Mats and carpets are sanitized for health and safety standards on a daily and weekly schedule. All food and
drinks other than water must remain inside the Observation area and outside of the main gym. Please report any
spills to the front desk. Do not hesitate to report if the restrooms need attention.
Please use the parking spaces provided. Do not park along the building or in front of the door, blocking the sidewalk
area. If you drop off a student at the front door, we ask you to watch for them to make their entrance before you
leave. Enter and exit slowly/always look when you are backing up.

It is very important that we keep you informed on all activities, special programs, etc. happening in the gym.
Get to know your child's teacher and visit with them briefly before or after class. They are more than happy to
answer any questions or concerns that you may have about our program and activities. Contact us immediately about
any concerns, so that we can be proactive! Our goal is to provide a positive athletic experience!
