Former All American collegiate and professional basketball player Michelle Marciniak's first sport was gymnastics. Michelle started in the developmental programs at Parkettes National Gymnastic Training Center in Allentown, PA, when she was 3 years old. "I was out there doing cartwheels until I was eight," she has said. After her basketball career, Michelle went on to found a successful company. While coaching at Parkettes, Lynn Wingert, owner of Ultimate Performance Gymnastics, remembers Marciniak's work ethic. "Even at 5 years old Michelle was working hard at every practice and I knew with that attitude there was no limit to what Michelle and her teammates could accomplish!"
